We loved the quiet residential neighborhood location near the U-bahn and charming List area. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the large and clean rooms with funky styling. We appreciated the helpful and friendly staff and the delicious breakfast with homemade jams.
Nothing that we didn't like.

Homemade jams at the breakfast buffet
Although the gentleman from the reception walked with me and showed me the breakfast room and the lift, but I had to carry the suitcase myself up the stairs to there. Very unfriendly! at the checkout at 8 o'clock at the reception they were not yet ready and I had to drag the suitcase down and up again to wait with it in the breakfast room until 15 minutes later there was time for me. I also had the impression that they were rather annoyed at the reception. the lady from the breakfast service was very friendly. But if you wanted more than one drink, you had to get up and look for her, because she only appears when you prepare the room again, so there was no need to refill the plate, sausage and cheese was always on a portion if you wanted to have another half roll with ham and it was someone faster, you stood in front of the empty plate.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the underground station and a lively shopping area. The rooms were relatively spacious and immaculately clean. The breakfast was a real highlight with plenty of home-made jams and good variety to choose from.
The hotel's key code entry system could be tricky to figure out, but staff were on hand to assist if needed. while the hotel provided Wi-Fi access, it was not free of charge.

The hotel offered exceptional breakfast with a variety of food options. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the location was convenient with easy access to public transportation, and a grocery store located nearby.
The paid Wi-Fi service was frustrating with a weak signal that dropped frequently. the additional cost for Wi-Fi was an unnecessary expense.
